CLASS OF 2025, CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR GRADUATION!!
Please review this information carefully before the event.
ADMISSION AND DEPARTURES:
Admission will begin at 9:30pm and continue until 10:30pm. No student will be admitted after 10:30pm and ticket will be forfeited without refund. Students will receive their ID badges/lanyards during check-in. ID badges MUST be worn for the entirety of the event. After check -in, students can proceed to the Bag Check area in the girls locker room to drop off any items they wish to check. Each Student and their parents/guardians agree once admitted the student shall remain at Grad Nite until the conclusion at 4:00am. Students may leave prior to 4:00am ONLY if checked out by a parent or guardian. Graduates will be released at the 4:00am end time. It is strongly recommended students be dropped off and picked up. We encourage parents to pick up their students or arrange carpool options ahead of time. Any student who has purchased a ticket, but does not show up to the event during the check in time, will have their parent/guardian notified. SYHS Safe & Sober Grad Nite is not responsible for no shows.
EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED IN THE TICKET PRICE:
Food & Drinks, LED Light up Games, Mechanical Bull, Meltdown Zone, Bungee Jump, Axe Throwing, Carnival Games, Reckless Ride, Kraken Slide, Airbrush Tattoo, Tarot Reader, Live Bands, Casino, Retro Video Games, DJ, Karaoke, PRIZES: Everyone spins the wheel for a prize PLUS Big Prize Raffle Drawing.
Spin the Wheel: Everyone receives one try at the Spin the Wheel. Graduates will be assigned a group during check-in. On the night of the event, they will head to the Spin the Wheel area during their designated group time:
10:00pm - 11:00pm -Spin the Wheel (Group A)
11:15pm - 12:15am -Spin the Wheel (Group B)
12:30am - 1:30am - Spin the Wheel (Group C)
*Everyone will win something in the Spin the Wheel
Casino Cash: Every Graduate attending the event will receive $500 in "Casino Cash" to redeem for chips to play at the casino tables in the later part of the night from12:30am-2:00am. Casino winnings can be redeemed for raffle tickets for the final raffle drawing. Anyone who does not wish to play at the casino, can redeem their $500 "Casino Cash" for 1 raffle ticket. Casino raffle prizes will be drawn at the end of the night. 3:30am

Big Raffle Prizes: We will have 20-30 Big Raffle Prizes to give away at the end of the night. Each Graduate attending will receive raffle tickets in their lanyard upon check-in. The earlier you buy your event ticket, the more raffle tickets you will receive and therefore more chances to win. Upon entering the event, Graduates can head to the Big Prize table and place their raffle tickets on the item they would like to try and win. Big Raffle Prize Drawing will be held at 3:30am. Only one big prize per person.

PERSONAL PROPERTY:
Please leave all valuables at home. SYVHS & SYHS Safe&Sober Grad Nite are NOT responsible for any lost items.
Bag and coat check is available to store items during the event.
Water bottles are NOT permitted and will be checked at the door. (plenty of drinks and water will be provided)

ALCOHOL, TOBACCO, WEAPONS AND DRUGS:
Zero Tolerance Policy. The use of and/or possession of alcohol, tobacco, weapons or drugs shall not be allowed at Grad Nite. Any person observed using alcohol, tobacco or drugs will be asked to leave Grad Nite and be picked up by parent/guardian. Any alcohol, drugs, or weapons found in any student clothing or bag will be confiscated and turned over to the Sheriff’s Department.
INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR:
Any conduct that interferes with the enjoyment of others is inappropriate; to include but not limited to fighting, rough housing, taunting, defacing or destroying property or refusing to comply with the Grad Nite instructions. If found to be inappropriate first a student will be asked to stop and if the behavior is repeated, the student will be asked to leave. The parent/guardian must pick up the student engaging in inappropriate behavior.
